System and browser requirements
Fishwah is available anywhere you have an internet connection. There’s nothing to install, and all you need is a modern web browser. You’ll need to use one of the browsers below to access Fishwah.

How do I access Fishwah from my mobile device?
Log-in to Fishwah anywhere – no apps required! Simply log in to Fishwah with your phone or tablets browser and you’re all set!

Can I customise Fishwah in any way?
At the moment it isn’t possible to customise Fishwah with colours, backgrounds etc. This is on our list of improvements if our valued customers tell us they would like it!
You can however add your own images to represent your dream catcher , goals and rewards.
Can anyone else see my goals?
No definitely not! We understand that for many storing information online in the ’cloud’ is something quite new. As a result, we take the security of your fishwah goals very seriously.

Please remember that Fishwah is primarily an online service and so the security of your account and data depend on your choice of password as well as keeping your login data confidential.

The Account page
Your account page is home for anything related to billing, personal information and your Fishwah plan. You can find past invoices, update your credit card, change your password, and cancel if you need to (though we hope you won’t!).
The link to the Account page is in the top right under the profile picture when you’re logged into Fishwah
Changing your profile picture
Children can add a picture of themselves or another avatar as their profile picture, which appears in the top right alongside their name. Add or change your profile image on the Account page.
Changing your email address
If you need to change the email address linked to your account, access the account page and enter your new email

We provide a 30-day free trial to Fishwah with access to all features. There is no obligation and no credit card required. You’ll be up and running in less than a minute

What happens when my trial ends?
You will receive a courtesy email one week before your trial expires and then again the day it expires if you have not actioned the first email.
If your trial ends before you choose a plan, your account will freeze. Your data will remain intact, though inaccessible, until you choose a plan and add a credit card. Your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
Selecting a plan when your trial ends
The transition from your trial period to a paid subscription is seamless. When your trial is up, choose a plan that’s right for you. All your account’s content and information will stay put!
Note you can choose a plan and start your subscription before your trial has expired.

Plans and pricing
There are three different price plans available at Fishwah. They all have access to the same features but provide different payment period options to suit everyone – monthly, 6 monthly and 12 monthly.
There is no free plan for Fishwah, apart from the 30 day free trial. Sorry! We try and keep things affordable and accessible for everyone.
At the moment there is no multiple user license.
We accept all major credit cards.
All accounts are automatically renewed unless you cancel your account

Can I have multiple users
Currently Fishwah only allows one user per email address. You can create goals for multiple children in the same account, however you can only register one child’s name when you subscribe. If you would like to use Fishwah for more than one child, we suggest you have the child’s name in the goal title which will appear on the dashboard and make it easy to determine which goals relate to which child.
We have plans to have multiple users attached to one account if our users require it. Please send us feedback if this would be useful for you.
Plan and billing information
On the account page you will find which plan you’re using, your payment method and the date of the next payment charged.
For security and protection, Fishwah only displays the last 4 digits of your credit card. Click ‘Change your credit card and billing details’ to make updates.
Changing your plan
You can change your plan at anytime. If you want to change your plan, click Change your plan on the Account page.
Each time your credit card is debited, an invoice is emailed to the account owner. Need past invoices? Access them via the Account page.
Cancelling a subscription
If you decide you do not want to continue using Fishwah, you can cancel anytime.
Login to Fishwah > Click Account (under top right profile image) > then scroll to bottom of page
Your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days. If you need to get back into your account within the 30 days shoot us an email. We can help!
Your account will stay at its current license level through to the end of the term for which you have paid. For example, if you paid for a 6 month plan on February 1 and you cancel on May 1, your account will stay active until July 31.
Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you feel like you were inappropriately charged or would like to speak to someone about a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We take this responsibility seriously, and take all reasonable precautions to keep your data safe.
Remember none of your data is available publicly. This means any information contained within your goals will only be available to you.
